Welcome to Focus on 4-H
Welcome all 4-H members, leaders, families and sponsors to the 12th annual Focus on 4-H. You are all invited to come to Drayton Valley July 2 to 5, 2010 for a weekend of 4-H project shows and events as members share their talents and project skills. NORTHWEST 4-H REGIONAL COUNCIL
When we think of the last days of June we think of the end of school, the start of summer holidays and for most 4H’ers the completion of their projects. However, there are some members of 4-H that must continue with their projects because they are off to Focus on 4-H 2010. I would like to welcome 4-H members and their families to Focus on 4-H 2010 in Drayton Valley.
First, I would like to take time to salute the Town of Drayton Valley and surrounding area for The Omniplex where Focus on 4-H 2010 will be held. The citizens of Drayton Valley should be proud of this great facility. Secondly, I would like to thank the Focus on 4-H Organizational Committee for their hard work and dedication on making this event into reality. Of course I cannot forget to thank the sponsors that help put this weekend together as well as providing the awards for each event.
So please come out to cheer and support the members on this weekend for their hard work. Remember the kids have been working on their projects since last September. I know they will greatly appreciate the support you give them.
Sid Livingstone, President Northwest 4-H Regional Council
