Regional Council Roles
- Channel information between district councils and the Provincial Council
- Promote 4-H programs within and outside of the Northeast Region
- Plan, organize, and facilitate regional activities for members and leaders
Regional Council Meetings
- Meetings occur 3 times per year:
- Nov 7 @ 1:00 p.m. in Vegreville
- Feb 6 @ 1:00 p.m. in St. Paul (annual meeting)
- Apr 17 @ 1:00 p.m. in Vermilion
- The 10 districts are allowed three voting representatives. All other members and leaders are welcome to attend.
Regional Fees
- Clubs and districts set their own fees
- Each district is assessed a membership fee on a per member basis, which is due to the region January 15 each year
- 2007-2008 fee $6/member
