Dear Alberta 4-H Member/Leader/Parent,
Drive Solutions Corp. has been contracted by Alberta 4-H to provide an analysis of its member recruitment and retention practices. Part of this research involves conducting surveys with those involved in 4-H.
We would appreciate it if you could take a few moments to complete a survey so we can collect your thoughts and opinions on your 4-H experience. The information you provide will be used to help shape the future of Alberta 4-H. Your feedback is very valuable. We have created three different surveys and each should take less than 15 minutes to complete:
- If you are a current Alberta 4-H member, please complete this survey.
- If you are a parent of a current Alberta 4-H member, please complete this survey.
- If you are an Alberta 4-H leader, please complete this survey.

If others in your household are also involved in 4-H, we ask that you forward this message to them so they too can complete a survey. If you are a 4-H parent and a 4-H leader, we ask that you complete both surveys.
All surveys must be submitted by midnight February 17, 2010
