National 4-H Month

Show Your 4-H Colours! Go Green, Go 4-H

Wear Your 4-H Colours Day celebrates the far-reaching nature of this organization, the effect that 4-H has had on others and the uniting of people—rural and urban, professional or student, youth or young at heart—who have in some way at some time been affected by the 4-H Alberta organization.

Being that Show Your 4-H Colours! Go Green, Go 4-H is the kick-off to November’s National 4-H Month, it is important for members, leaders, clubs, staff, districts, councils and regions to give the day Cleaver-like enthusiasm to make sure that everyone sees that 4-H really is everywhere. It’s great that 5,619 youth across the province know – but there is always room for more!

So on November 2th, break out your program t-shirts and your 4-H club attire, or maybe a green shirt, tie and hat or maybe a scarf made out of dried four-leaf cloverleaves with a matching belt.
