Program Description:


Come enjoy a weekend of watching 4-H youth rodeo “stars” as the Calgary Stampede presents the 22nd Annual Stampede 4-H Rodeo: September 28 and 29 at the Nutrien Western Event Centre, Stampede Park.

Calgary Stampede 4-H Rodeo is pleased to welcome all competitors. Don’t miss out, register early!

Open to all Alberta, British Columbia, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Montana 4-H members in good standing. 

All competitors must be a registered 4-H member prior to December 31st, 2018 to be eligible for competition.

Entries will not be accepted past Friday, September 13th, 2019.

Saturday, September 28th is CLINIC Day
Sunday, September 29th is COMPETITION Day
You are required to pre-register for clinics this year.

We will be hosting multiple clinics in each discipline and ask you to prioritize your preferences so that we may schedule you as best we can to accommodate your wish list.  Please be honest with your abilities so that we can better gear the clinics to skill levels for all participants.

Competitions include:

  • Junior, Intermediate & Senior Barrel Racing
  • Junior, Intermediate & Senior Pole Bending
  • Junior, Intermediate & Senior Goat Tying
  • Junior Roping
  • Intermediate & Senior Breakaway Roping
  • Intermediate & Senior Cow Riding
  • Intermediate & Senior Steer Daubing

ONLY PREPAID ENTRIES ACCEPTED.  Cheque, cash and credit card accepted.  Fees payable to the Calgary Stampede.
