• There will be 10 class: 5 oral reasons and 5 placings only classes.

• Competition will follow the Calgary Regional Multi Judging Rules, included below.

• SCRIBES – If you have a member who requires a scribe, please declare this on the registration form. No additional scribes will be assigned that day. If you have a member requiring a scribe, you must also provide a parent’s name on the registration form to be submitted to the pool of names. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Parent volunteers are also welcome to help us out on the day of. We need approx. 20 volunteers to help make the day run smoothly. Details of what we require help with are listed below, and we are asking each club participating to send forward at least 2 volunteer names (in addition to any scribes).

Lastly, in order for us to be properly prepared for the day, we will be enforcing the Late Entry rule – please have your entries registered and payment post marked no later than FEBRUARY 17. We cannot accommodate late entries.
